Appointment and Payment

     Registration Services

pMaking walk-in appointment. New patients should fill out relevant forms to have their patient records set up.

pThose who have booked an appointment online or by phone (returning patients) may head straight to the clinic for outpatient check-in.

1. Please take a ticket from the dispenser and wait for your number to be called.

2. When your number is called, go to your window at the Registration/Cashier, and show the staff your ID and National Health Insurance card (NHI card).
 

Outpatient Clinic Check-in

1. After the appointment is made, please head to the clinic, insert your NHI card into the card reader to check in, and wait for your name/number to be called.

2. If you do not have an NHI card, please inform the nurse that you have arrived for your appointment. Show your ID to the nurse for check-in.

3. Please check in during the clinic hours.

Cashier Services

1. After you have finished seeing the doctor, please return to the Registration/Cashier to pay your bill.

2. Please take a ticket from the dispenser and wait for your number to be called.

3. When your number is called, please go to your window, show your ID and NHI card to the staff, and pay your bill. If you do not have an NHI card, please let our staff know.
