◎For Patients

1. When seeing the doctor, please check in at the doctor’s clinic first. Please insert your National Health Insurance card (NHI card) into the card reader outside the clinic. If you do not have an NHI card, please knock and inform the nurse that you have arrived for your appointment.

2.Please wait for your turn at the waiting area. When your name is called and/or your number is shown on the queue number display, please go into the clinic, and show your ID and NHI card to the nurse. If you do not have an NHI card, please let the healthcare practitioners know.

4. If you show up late for your appointment and have missed your turn, please check in first, and inform the nurse that you have checked in. Please wait patiently in the waiting area. You may have an extended waiting time, as the doctor will see patients who arrived on time first to ensure fairness. The nurse will call your name when the doctor has time to see you.

◎Attention:

◆For patients visiting for the first time and have booked an appointment by phone or online, please come to the Registration/Cashier prior to seeing the doctor, so that we can collect all necessary information. Please make sure that you come at least one hour before the end of the clinic hours, or your appointment may be cancelled.

◆Foreigners who are not enrolled in the NHI program will have to pay in full out of their own pocket.
